By downloading, installing, or using DataForge VPN (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DataForge VPN provides virtual private network services, ad-blocking capabilities, and security features for iOS devices. The service is designed to protect your online privacy and enhance your browsing experience.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the App to engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. Subscription and Payment

DataForge VPN offers subscription-based services through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataForge VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by DataForge VPN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
